BloomBoss proudly offers the most generous return policy in the industry. For all unopened merchandise consumers purchase from this website, if you're unhappy for any reason, return it within 45 calendar days from the date of purchase for a full refund, with no restocking fee.

  • Returns are issued to the original form of payment for the merchandise price paid after any discounts or allowances, plus any applicable sales tax, excluding itemized shipping
  • The official BloomBoss policy is return within 30 days for a full refund - Plus we allow an extra 15 days grace period to account for weekends, holidays, and transit time, to make 45 days total
  • There can be no exceptions beyond 45 days Customers pay the cost of return shipping
  • One free return per customer per calendar year (based on date of issuance of RMA)

If you purchased from another online or physical store, or from any other reseller, consult your merchant of record subject to their return policy.

All BloomBoss returns MUST have pre-authorization and be issued an RMA in advance. Do not return any items without an RMA, or no credit can be issued.

  • For items that have been opened, they must be returned with all parts and documentation, and no damage to avoid restocking fee (starting at 15%)
  • All items for return must be clean, dry, and free of chemicals and mineral deposits
  • We strongly recommend using a shipping method with tracking and insurance to protect yourself against loss or damage during return shipment.
  • BloomBoss is not responsible for any loss, damage, misdirection, or other failure to arrive.

Exceptions:

  • Special order items are not eligible for return
  • Resellers are subject to terms disclosed here
  • Open packages of liquids and/or nutrients are not eligible for return
  • Any items showing evidence of tampering, alteration, or modification are not eligible for return.
  • BloomBoss reserves sole discretion in determining whether an item has been tampered.
  • "Drop-ship" items are subject solely to the terms of the merchant of record where purchase was placed
  • If you have used your gardening equipment for cannabis or other substances that are banned federally, microscopic residue makes it illegal to return any such euqipment.
